Photo and analysis issues

If your result asks for a clearer photo, retake it in natural light with your face visible, no filter, and a plain background. Avoid strong makeup, colored lamps, sunglasses, hats, or heavy shadows.

A better photo gives the analysis stronger evidence and reduces the chance of a borderline or uncertain result.

Payment and report access

If checkout completed but your report does not unlock, contact support with the email you used to sign in. We can review the account and purchase record.

If report generation fails or stalls, contact support so we can review what happened and help you recover the analysis.

Account and privacy requests

For account deletion, photo deletion, or privacy questions, contact support from the app or email support@trypaletta.com.

Do not send payment card details or sensitive documents through chat or email. We only need enough information to find your Paletta account and understand the issue.

If you are ready to try again with a better photo, start a new Paletta report.
