Terms for using Paletta.
These terms explain how Paletta works, what you can expect from a paid analysis, and the rules for using the service.
Agreement
These Terms apply when you visit Paletta, create an account, upload photos, buy an analysis, view a report, or use any related feature.
By using Paletta, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Paletta service
Paletta creates AI-assisted personal color analysis reports from photos you provide. A report may include undertone guidance, a likely season, alternate season context, palettes, outfit ideas, hair ideas, makeup ideas, glasses, hats, and generated visual examples.
The service is paid per analysis. Each new analysis requires its own purchase, even if you previously paid for another report.
Accounts
You need to sign in to use Paletta. Keep your account access secure, and tell us through support if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for making sure the information you provide is accurate enough for the service to work.
Photos and permissions
Only upload photos that you have the right to use. If a photo includes another person, make sure you have their permission before uploading it.
You keep your rights in the photos and other content you provide. You give Paletta permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, support you, protect the service, and comply with the law.
Payments
Paletta uses a payment provider to process payment. Prices, taxes, and checkout terms are shown at checkout before you pay.
A completed payment unlocks the specific analysis tied to that checkout. Closing checkout without paying leaves the analysis waiting for payment.
If your photo lighting affects the result, Paletta includes one free re-read for that paid analysis. Additional analyses, different photo sessions, or fresh reports may require another purchase.
Refunds
If something goes wrong with payment or report generation, contact support and we will review the issue. Refunds are handled case by case unless local law requires a different result.
We may refuse a refund request when the report was delivered, the service was misused, or the request appears abusive or fraudulent.
AI results
Paletta reports are generated with AI and may be imperfect, incomplete, or affected by photo quality, lighting, makeup, filters, camera settings, hair color, or other context.
Use Paletta as personal styling guidance. The service does not provide professional, medical, biometric, legal, financial, or identity advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Paletta to break the law, violate someone else's privacy, upload content you do not have rights to, reverse engineer the service, bypass payment, scrape the app, interfere with security, or overload the system.
Do not upload illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or abusive content. We may limit, suspend, or remove access when we believe use of the service creates risk for Paletta, users, providers, or the public.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Paletta at any time. We may also update models, prompts, pricing, report sections, payment flow, or supported features.
We try to keep Paletta reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, bugs, network issues, or events outside our control.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your account by contacting support in the app or by emailing support@trypaletta.com.
After we receive your request, we will try to delete your account, generated report data, and uploaded pictures within 30 days. Some records may be kept when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal reasons.
Accessibility
We want Paletta to be usable by as many people as possible. If something in the service blocks you from using it, contact support and tell us what happened.
Disclaimers and limits
Paletta is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Paletta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or decisions you make based on a report.
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as Paletta changes. When the update is meaningful, we will change the date above and may provide additional notice in the app.
Questions should be sent through the Paletta support chat in the app.
